Please join us to learn the basics of Augmented Reality. You will leave this session ready to bring your curriculum to life using the magic of AR. (Note recommended app downloads below.)

In this session, we will explore augmented reality and its many uses both in, and outside of, the classroom. We will utilize apps such as AR Flashcards, Aurasma, Daquri, and Quiver to inspire AR implementation across the K-12 curriculum. Our time together will be spent learning about the many uses of AR and creating helpful tools to be used in your classroom such as math homework help, interactive word walls, engaging hallway displays, and opportunities to bring your classroom library to life. Please come ready to collaborate and create with colleagues. You will want to bring a device with the free Aurasma app downloaded, and various curriculum materials such as textbooks, chapter books, homework samples, and other teaching resources.
